Avoid unnecessary costs

Delays can (indirectly) cost money. Consider, for example, penalty clauses or personnel costs. 

Some delays can be avoided by proper documentation. Get advice so that you can send the shipment intercontinentally with more certainty.

Do you have a shipment that needs to be sent to or from the Netherlands? Several steps will be followed before sending the shipment.

Step-by-step plan import shipment

1. Collect general information and communicate the following data to us: - The delivery conditions (incoterms) - How much haste there is with this shipment - The number of packages/pallets and dimensions per package/pallet - Weight per package/pallet or the total weight - City name + zip code of the supplier in China - City name + postal code of the delivery address in the Netherlands. Is a forklift available here, yes or no? 2. Take a photo of the shipment, so that we can see if there are any comments for the smoothest possible process 3. We will work out the options and contact you. If approved, we will proceed to step 4 4. We need the following information to start the shipping process: - Commercial invoice - Packing list - Commodity code/HS code 5. We supervise the shipment, so that you have peace and time to do other things 6. Once the shipment has arrived in the Netherlands, we will take care of the customs formalities and advance any import duties and VAT 7. We will contact you to discuss the delivery

We will work out the options and contact you. If approved, we will proceed to step 4 4. Make sure that the shipment is packaged airfreight-worthy 5. We need the following information to start the shipping process: - Commercial invoice - Packing list - Commodity code/HS code 6. We supervise the shipment and keep you informed, so that you have peace and time to do other things 7. We will contact you again when the shipment has been delivered to the agreed destination
