Verzamel algemene informatie en communiceer de volgende gegevens met ons: - De levercondities (incoterms) - Hoeveel haast er met deze zending is - Het aantal colli/pallets en afmetingen per colli/pallet - Gewicht per colli/pallet of het totaalgewicht - Plaatsnaam + postcode van de leverancier in China - Plaatsnaam + postcode van het afleveradres in Nederland. Is hier een heftruck aanwezig, ja of nee? 2. Maak een foto van de zending, zodat wij kunnen kijken of er nog aanmerkingen zijn voor een zo soepel mogelijk proces 3. Wij werken de mogelijkheden uit en nemen contact met je op. Bij akkoord gaan wij door naar stap 4 4. Om het verzendproces in werking te zetten hebben wij de volgende gegevens nodig: - Commercial invoice - Packing list - Goederencode/HS-Code 5. Wij begeleiden de zending, zodat jij rust en tijd hebt om andere dingen te doen 6. Als de zending in Nederland is aangekomen verzorgen wij de douaneformaliteiten en schieten wij de eventuele invoerrechten en BTW voor 7. Wij nemen contact met jou op om de aflevering te bespreken
